PDMS preparation

PDMS solution prepared based on weigtht:

- Pour base and dissolve into a plastic container with weight ratio: base: dissolve = 10:1

- Gently mix the base and dissolve (2-4 min), until the solution is full of air bubbles inside (white color with a lot of small air)

- Degas: 15-20 min. Put the container into the vacuum chamber, pump. When the air bubbles is on the surface, turn off the pump and gently ventilate to break the air bubbles. Turn on the pump again.

- The degassed PDMS could be used immediately or storage in freeze for using later.
