Currently the standard output for flexpart is produced using the make_webpage scripts. In order to consolidate all scripts into one location for web browsing, we are using a template on this webpage. In order to incorporate the output from your own runs to the transport.nilu.no/flexpart-projects page, follow these instructions:
Run make_webpage scripts
- Run the make_webpage scripts as you normally would, producing the output into your own user directory.
- Verify all the webpages are complete and the products as you like them.
*NOTE:* Make sure you include the 'Home' page link when creating the webpages, and that all links remain 'relative'
Link the output to the flexpart directory
- login as user flexpart ('%su flexpart')
- Go to the /xnilu_wrk/flex_wrk/WEB_PRODUCTS/CAMPAIGN_RUNS directory
- Create a soft link to the top level of your project. For example, if your projects are located at: http://niflheim.nilu.no/~user/PROJECT/index.html, Then do the following:
%ln -s /homevip/user/public_html/PROJECT /flex_wrk/WEB_PRODUCTS/CAMPAIGN_RUNS/.
4. Make sure your directory permissions are properly set. (ALSO, be sure the linked directory is accessible 'outside')
NOTE: /xnilu_wrk/nilu_wrkda directories will have to be linked by logging onto niflheim and using /nilu_wrk/nilu_wrkda
5. Confirm your PROJECT shows up: http://transport.nilu.no/flexpart-projects
