Bayesian Inversion Framework

FLEXINVERT is a Bayesian inversion framework designed for use with the FLEXPART Lagrangian transport model. FLEXINVERT optimizes the fluxes of a given atmospheric species based on observations e.g. atmospheric mole fractions from flasks and/or in-situ measurements.
