Ms. Amanda Napier is a Science Advisor in the domain of Aviation and Missile at the  U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command, stationed at the International Technology Center – Southern Europe and at the Embassy of the United States – Paris, France. Ms. Napier earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Kentucky (2007) and the University of Florida (2012), respectively.

Prior to her U.S. Army Research career, Ms. Napier served as a Materials and Processes Engineer for The Boeing Company working on the Constellation/Ares I Upper Stage program at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.
