We always use the yellow objective on the microscope when performing rotation experiments.

Camera settings are as following:

  • Y16 800x600 30 Hz, frame rate 26,956 frames per second
  • Shutter 1,040 ms
  • Gain -0,070 dB

Nigar made a new sugar water solution (almost always make a new solution of sugar water for a new rotation experiment)
