  • 12:30 PDMS and glass treated at 100% power plasma with O2 let in just before generator turned on
  • 2% lowT agarose gel in Falcon tube: 0.18 g in 9 ml (g)water
  • I made the mistake (once more) to fill the Falcon tube with agarose first and water on top. The water does not penetrate into the agarose because there is air trapped in the powder
  • started filling agarose into circuit at 15:30, 3 hours after plasma treatment.
  • Apparently the posts (30 um diameter) do not fill the height of the cell (100 um) Impossible to know how high they are...
