- Always at least one full bottle of autoclaved water
- Always at least one full spray flask of 75% alcohol
- Always one half full bottle of DMEM supplied with extras
- Yellow waste container no more than 3/4 filled
- List of procedures ##
- Autoclaved water ##
Must be done 4-5 hours before use of water (for cooling down)
- Get 5l bottles of water from chemistry (check quality resistivity > 1MOhm)
- Fill 1l glass bottle with water
- put cap on, untighten cap
- put autoclave scotch on
- put in autoclave and follow procedure on autoclave

- Inside sterile hood with sterile procedures
- Open new bottle of DMEM
- Add 50 ml FBS
- Add 5 ml Penicilin Streptomycin
