Medium used:
- kolliphor 40uL
- EDTA 40uL
- RPMI 29mL
- BSA 40 uL
- sugar water 1mL
- distilled water
Concentration of cells:
- hard to say, depends on pellet size. this time pellet was very small
Imaging parameters:
- 29.956 Hz frame rate
- 800x600 resolution
Extras:
- 200kHz was filmed as well, this was not done last time
- seems like highest rotation is at this frequency
- need to figure out how to find a reliable maximum rotational velocity
- Lasses observation: cells seemed to rotatete at roughly the same rate as last week, except for 10khz which did not rotate at all!!!
