Passaging
Three flasks were made last time. One of them is extremely cramped (the media turned yellow). We will trypsinize ther cramped one, and into a falcon tube for potential experiments in microfluidics. We added only 8mL of DMEM, concentration will need to be checked for future experiments.
For the two others, we will just change the media are there are very few cells in there.
