- 2% lowT agarose gel in Falcon tube: 0.18 g in 9 ml (g)water
- I made the mistake (once more) to fill the Falcon tube with agarose first and water on top. The water does not penetrate into the agarose because there is air trapped in the powder
- Apparently the posts do not fill the height of the cell (100 um) Impossible to know how high they are...
