- 1.7% gel powder, but it clumped together. Find a proper procedure!!
- 37 degrees on microscope.
- 25 um high patterns, posts look good
- PDMS in plasma and assembled on friday, 3 days ago.
- Blasted liquid in to the cell too quickly twice
- In third pattern:
- followed meniscus through tube to control flow to be very slow.
- reduced to 5 mbar as flow started into pattern
- liquid followed correct path for a long time
- liquid broke through barrier when it had filled almost all the circle
- Ideas
- flow resistance becomes large with time
- zero pressure at other outlets; put counter pressure there to make it unfavourable to escape?
- make shorter channel to reduce flow resistance
