Doing a KO rotation with Morten and Catherine. Nigar prepared a new sugar water solution while Morten and Catherine are splitting the cells.
Camera settings same as previously:
- Y16 800x600 30 Hz, frame rate 26,956 frames per second
- Shutter 0,040, Gain 20,833 dB
The cells were rotated successfully. We rotated them twice as we had few too cells near the electrodes. We cleaned the chip slightly before the second rotation with isopropanol (no ultrasound bath). The videos are saved in the electrorotation folder locally on the PC.
