Meeting notes 04.06.2021
- When making cell-traps, the hole can be 3 microns and it's fine. But the trap should be horseshore shaped.
- The inlets and outlets are 2mm in size usually
- In gradient generators, the serpentines aren't actually necessary, since if we keep the flow rate slow and vary the width of the channels, then we achieve the same function as the serpentines (diffusion).
