Meeting notes 04.06.2021

- When making cell-traps, the hole can be very small, f.eks: 3-5 microns. But the trap should be horseshore shaped.

- The inlets and outlets are 2mm in size usually

- In gradient generators, the serpentines aren't actually necessary, since if we keep the flow rate slow and vary the width of the channels, then we achieve the same function as the serpentines (diffusion).

- When making horseshoe traps, you want to make sure that the ratio between the space around the horseshoe and the length of the gap should be large enough that the probability of trapping a cell is likely.
