- 12:30 08 june PDMS and glass treated at 100% power plasma with O2 let in just before generator turned on
- 1% lowT agarose gel in Falcon tube: 0.1 g in 10 ml (g) DMEM
- still difficult to avoid a big lump when I pour the powder in. It should probably be mixed in slowly in a beaker. Cooking skills!
- 15:20 injected agarose in circuit.
- The contact angle is still 90 degrees and the small humps (where the posts should have been) do not stop anything!
