Observations:

bv2 KO WT rotation spectra, three experiments, average of 108 data points in each

- two really fast cells in some of the clips (up to the 500khz clip), assumed outliers (possibly disturbed by field, close to electrodes) because they are much faster than the rest. Excluded.

- rotation spectra (fig below, to the left) is right between the two previous KO experiments so we can't discard either of them (none of them are proved as more 'correct'.)
