No rotation today - did not have enough cells in the sample. Ended up experimenting a bit more with Morten and tried different concentrations of cells to see what yields the best results. So far, 1 ml was good, but next time (on Friday), we want to try 0.75ml and see if there will be enough cells. Our goal is to have enough cells in the rotation chamber to observe rotation, but not too few at the same time.
