- meet with Dag Kristian and Mats to discuss confocal laser microscopy for lipid detection
- talk to Thomas about DIC analysis of the images
- make a medium with LPS: need to be very careful at keeping them separate from the cells with medium without LPS
- need new cells from Petter to culture in medium with LPS
To do:
- Send email to Petter about cells and TomoCube images
- Keep T75 flasks for the moment and discard the small flasks
- Schedule meeting with Dag Kristian and Mats about confocal
- Talk to Thomas about DIC when he is back
