Present: Dag Kristian, Khobaib, Lasse, Richard, Thomas, Franzi, Nigar
To do:
- Nigar and Dag need to start advertising for LagLivLab Open Day
- send out email about open day to study administrations: physics, chemistry and biology departments
- send out email to the medical faculty
- send out email to the science library
- Potential supervisors should continue working on their project proposals. It is a good idea to include images to make project proposals more student-friendly.
- Add a super short description of electrorotation and link to a new presentation about the project for the new students. Use old presentations to make a new presentation that can be shared on the wiki for new students
- Dag suggests that Nigar makes some fibronectin stencils to show to the students during Open Day. Dag suggested that we bring a fluorescent microscope upstairs and demonstrate what the cells will be sitting on by showing fluorescent fibronectin patches
- By Wednesday 21.02 all supervisors should have project descriptions ready to present to each other, either on Overleaf or the Wiki page
- Lasse and Dag suggest that we do electrorotation on the open day and show students what we have achieved in the ER rotation in terms of successful results.
- Need to invite as many active or previously active students as possible to the Open Day
- Send out email to alumni using our Sympa alumni mailing list
- Send email about Open Day to the student that wanted to join (Patrick)
