To-do's to prepare for a rotation experiment:

  • Prepare the sample at cell lab V43
  • Setup of electronic equipment at V420
    • The circuit received a signal from a generator, (the Rohde & Schwartz generator has a frequency range up to 50 MHz), and outputs four 90-degree phase shifted square pulse signals to the chip and to an oscilloscope (used to monitor the signal quality, unstable pulse waves may be due to connectivity issues).
  • Clean the rotation chamber chip using the ultrasonic bath. Use a small glass beaker, fill it with isopropanol and place in the ultrasonic bath for 5 minutes (until it turns itself off). Wipe with microscopy cleaning paper and air dry with compressed air if available.
