Welcome to the avalanches lecture wiki

The idea behind this site is to collect and collaborate on educational material related to avalanches and related geohazards.

Please upload and share your PowerPoints, images, videos, notebooks and other supporting material here.

The intention is to gather and improve our educational material. Some might be experts on modelling, others on forecasting, avalanche dynamics or snow mechanics. It is likely that we have to teach topics that are only remotely related to our day to day business.

Here we have the opportunity to get feedback on our material, share new or fun explanations, learn from each other and save time by "stealing" from each other.

The preferred language is English, but other languages are welcome, as well.
