Rotation of staff is common at NCMM, but we are always sad to see people leave.

Return tag/card/keys
All keys, access cards and access tags should be returned to Carlos Rodríguez.
Documentation of research
- Lab journals are the property of UiO, and must be handed in when leaving NCMM. If your reseach is ongoing, you can leave the lab journals with your group leader. You can also return the books to Carlos for filing.
- All data produced while on contract at UiO belongs to UiO.
Freezers/fridges/chemicals
Please ensure that you have sorted and tidied up in the lab well before you leave.
IT-equipment
- Laptops, headphones and other portable IT supplies must be returned to the IT team.
Office space
- Your office must be clean off all folders, paper and personal items when you leave it.
- Stationary PCs should be cleared of files. All data that your group needs should be filed in the group area.
- The office should look tidy.
