Hiring
Recruitment in state-owned enterprises like UiO entails highly regulated processes. You need to plan ahead, both by defining what kind of staff you need and who needs to be involved in the recruitment process. Please read up on UiOs policy, routines and tools available, and contact NCMMs HR advisor, before getting started.
Finances
For overview of your finances, please book regular meetings with one of NCMMs financial advisers, Mette Kvernland or Anita Skolem.
Purchasing equipment
All NCMM staff need to adhere to UiOs procurement routines. Please contact NCMMs financial adviser Anita Skolem before you start looking for new equipment.
HSE
All group leaders must have minimum MODUL 5 and 6 "HSE work at UiO"
