Things to try next time: - PBS and GM in different ratios to see if it affects how much the cells' rotation (Tuesday?) - ask Morten about adding glucose and sucrose into our solution? - read more about this part of the Trainito et al paper:

"Cells were collected by trypsinization and subsequent centrifugation, washed three times, then resuspended in a low-conductivity (σ m = 0.01 S/m), isotonic medium consisting of 8.5% sucrose [w/v], 0.3% glucose [w/v], 0.725% RPMI (Life Technologies) 0.1% BSA, [w/v], 0.1% Kolliphor (both from Sigma-Aldrich) and 0.1% EDTA (Boston Bio Products, Ashland, MA) to mitigate the Joule heating and thermal damage that could potentially be gen- erated during the applications of electric fields [10]."

- ask Silja if we can use her MDCK cells just to see if there is a difference?
