Today we passaged cells. P-24.
- We used a new bottle of Trypsin, which worked very well and detached all the cells within only a few minutes. Last time we passaged, we spent 30 minutes waiting for the trypsin to work.We removed 9.5mL of media from the flask, so that we had 0.5mL of cells inside, and then filled each flask with 12mL of growth medium.
