Checked on the cells and timelaps from 22/06 - the cells did not attach.

Casting PDMS: Using the new wafer (50 microns) - only Thomas' design is usable. Not to brag, but we got a perfect weight of 44.00 after mixing PDMS and curing agent (but to brag) :)

Collagen test: Made collagen and put it on wafer. We first wanted to make 800uL of collagen to cover the glass wafer, however we realised that there was not enough collagen in one of those tiny flask things for that, so we made the standard 500uL of collagen. After putting on the special double-sided tape, we put on a slide to cover the entire wafer without taking off the top tape, so we can take off the slide and put in cells afterwards. We collected 1mL non-diluted solution (cells+trypsin) and put it in a petri dish with 2 mL CO2-independent growth medium
