20211506 passaging

Vilde is passaging today.
New PBS solution: 50 mL PBS from flask in the fridge and 450 mL water. Not sure what to do with the measuring cylinder, but PBS is not harmful so I rinsed it off and put it on the bench.
Had only one flask, decided to passage into a new one in addition to the old.
Everything went fine.
