- ask Petter about our mice cells and whether we can have a meeting with him sometime this week/next week

- do we need a more sophisticated method (for ex DIC) to count rotations? to be determined

- need to talk to Dag Kristian about gas chromatography - need this to establish the fat concentration in the cells: we have 3 lines available, need to compare them to each other

Goals for the semester:

- have a meeting with Petter about the mice cells

• discuss how we can check the cells using PCR

- start a shared overleaf document for writing up our findings:

• introduction, theory and method can be written up
• find literature featuring HeLa rotation results for comparison

- set up a rotation routine : spreadsheet similar to cell

• finding a good concentration of cells in the rotation medium: note it down and do a cell count
• different types of cells can have a different "sweet spot" so need to establish that

- talk to DK about gas chromatography
