WT rotation with Nigar and Morten. Morten split WT cells for the rotation. KO cells that were split on Friday are not as confluent as we thought they would be, but that is fine.

Imaging settings:

  • Y16 800x600 30 Hz, frame rate 26,956 frames per second
  • Shutter 0,040, Gain -0,070 dB

Made new sugar water solution for the rotation.
