Preliminary image analysis in ImageJ with Dag Kristian and Lasse
- find mean of images using z-projection (average over time) using STD to see how much the cells moved with respect to the background (STD of every pixel over time)
- use thresholding for creating a mask for the cells orthogonal projection: lets us analyse time variation of each pixel
