Nigar and Catherine did rotation of WT cells, which was semi successfull. Too many cells in the frame even though we used 1 ml as we usually do. The flask must have been very confluent. Camera settings same as in previous experiments. The programme crashed a lot today and we managed to spill most of the cells on the floor... Clumsy but we made it work :) Catherine split both WT and KO T25 flasks at the cell lab.
